ECEBC is excited to announce that The Education Support Fund Online Application Portal is evolving to allow for a variety of uses starting with accepting online applications for the Specialized Certification Grant as of January 1, 2026.

There is a new dashboard where you can update your account settings, profile, and access ECEBC services including bursaries and grants. From the bursary and grants dashboard users will be able to apply for the Education Support Fund and/or the Specialized Certification Grant. If you have questions or run into general portal issues such as those with signing in please contact portal@ecebc.ca.

Winter 2026 Education Support Fund Announcement
The Winter 2026 Education Support Fund application dates are now available for those who are taking courses that end between January 1st and April 30th, 2026.
Information sessions will be held at 6pm on February 4th and February 11th, 2026. Registration is required and more information is available on the Education Support Fund page on the ECEBC website.
Online applications for the Specialized Certification Grant Start January 1, 2026!
If you are eligible and have not submitted an application for 2026 please fill out an online application. If you have received a grant in 2025 please wait until your anniversary month to fill out your online application.
